Kathi Miller Miracle
Consultant NCCDP - Dementia Specialist; Certified Brain Trainer, & Legal Subject Matter Expert
Counseling others on the care, dignity and safety of those on this journey, Kathi’s career has spanned more than 30 years working with seniors affected by various forms of Dementia. From being an executive director running assisted living residences to running a home care agency as a general manager. She also managed cases for Medicaid clients and worked with long term care insurance.
Her passion and expertise has been to provide care for those who have been diagnosed with a form of dementia and to support and educate the family who now finds themselves on a new journey, one which can be overwhelming and frightening.
Emmilee Boles
Certified Brain Trainer
Marketing Assistant
Emmilee Boles was born and raised here in the beautiful state of Colorado and grew up heavily involved in the senior living community. She was exposed to the high quality of care for the elderly at a very young age, creating such a passion for the work in her life.
Living in Coloraod, in her spare time, Emmilee loves going to the mountains for photography.
Misty LaVergne
Certified Brain Trainer
Executive assistant
Born in Sedro-Woolley, Washington, Misty and her identical twin sister Michelle became CNAs in high school to help their great-grandmother. This early experience sparked her lifelong passion for memory care. Misty remained focused on hands-on caregiving, working as a CNA in memory care units.
In 2003, she became a Licensed Massage Therapist and later earned certifications in Assisted Living Administration and Brain Training.
Camille Loveday
Community Outreach
Camille Loveday has been a customer service enthusiast for three decades, dedicated to delivering the best experience possible for clients. She prides herself on living the motto “serve first”, and has been involved in non profits aiding the most vulnerable in our communities. In being a part of Silver Tsunami she has blended her passion and talents; hoping to help those who are traveling a path she traversed when her mother was diagnosed with fronto temporal dementia.
Camille lives in Denver, Colorado with her husband, son and two dogs.
Bria Miracle
Marketing & Social Media Manager
Bria is a dynamic marketing and social media manager with a passion for crafting compelling brand narratives and driving online engagement. With almost 10 years experience in developing marketing strategies for small to medium sized businesses, she excels in leveraging data-driven strategies to enhance brand visibility and foster community connection. Bria's innovative approach to content creation and her proficiency in various social media platforms have helped numerous startups and established brands amplify their digital presence. When she’s not curating viral campaigns, she enjoys exploring the latest marketing trends and sharing insights on her personal blog. She jokingly (somewhat) says that her toxic trait is spending too much time and money buying and learning from online courses (not unlike what Silver Tsunami Aging Info has to offer!)

Doug's career has spanned almost three decades in the Contact Center Operations space, leading customer service organizations from 20 all the way up to thousands of call center agents.
